Pilates is an exercise routine designed to develop your core strength and stability. From a physiotherapist’s perspective, Pilates has a number of preventative and rehabilitative benefits, including:

Evenings: 7:30 - 8:30 pm Mondays
Mornings: 6:30 - 7:30 am Fridays

Starting the week of September 13 come join me for Pilates, an exercise routine designed to develop your core strength and stability. From a physiotherapist’s perspective, Pilates has a number of preventative and rehabilitative benefits, including:

    • improves performance in sports (golf, skiing, skating etc.)
    • improves balance, coordination & circulation

Cost: $12 per class. Maximum class size 6
Punch pass: 10 classes for $95.

Private lessons

Private lessons are also available, and recommended if dealing with old injuries or feeling deconditioned. Cost: $60 for 45 minutes.
